Foster Clark Products Limited has acquired Preziosi Food S.p.A., a leading Italian producer of savoury snacks based in Melfi. The company employs over 200 people and produces more than 130 million packs of chips, popcorn, and snacks annually under the Salati Preziosi brand.

Foster Clark Products Limited successfully achieved the new ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification and renewed its FSSC 22000 Food Safety Certification.
