Who is Foster Clark Products?

Foster Clark Products Ltd is a family-owned food and beverage manufacturer based in Malta. With over a century of expertise, the company exports to more than 80 countries across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. 

We produce a wide range of powder-based products, including desserts, baking mixes, baking aids, and powdered drinks. Our portfolio includes leading brands such as Foster Clark’s, Tiara, and Bevi Mix. 

Most of our products are manufactured at our facilities in Malta, where we follow strict food safety and quality standards. Some products are co-manufactured by trusted partners, and we oversee quality control at every stage to ensure compliance with our standards.

How do I prepare Foster Clark’s products?

Yes. All Foster Clark Products are Halal certified by recognised authorities. If you need a copy of our latest certificate, please contact us through the Contact page.

Allergen information is clearly listed on every product pack. Major allergens are highlighted in bold for easy identification. If you have specific dietary needs, please check the label carefully or contact our Quality team for guidance. 

All our products are manufactured in line with strict quality and food safety standards. Some products are made on dedicated lines. When products share lines, special measures and precautions are applied during changeovers, including thorough cleaning, sanitising, and verification to prevent cross-contamination. If there is any risk of cross-contact, it is clearly stated on the product label.

Our products have a long shelf life when stored properly. Keep them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Always check the expiry date printed on the pack. 

Foster Clark Products Ltd manufactures both beef and vegetable jelly powders. Please always check the label to confirm which version is available in your country.

Gluten is a natural protein found in wheat, rye, barley, and related grains. Some of our products may contain gluten or be produced in facilities that handle gluten-containing ingredients. Always refer to the ingredient list and allergen declaration on the pack to confirm suitability.

We build our systems according to internationally recognised guidelines for GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.

Foster Clark Products Ltd has been ISO certified since 2013 and FSSC 22000 certified since 2016.
